This exhibit considers the relationship
between the human and the natural worlds. It explores the many ways artists are thinking about, and responding to, nature, from close observation to narrative and metaphor, from work that looks at the threats of climate change and mass extinction to art that is personal and intimate. Our goal is to showcase a wide range of ideas, media, and emotions, serving to evoke the complex and layered connections between us and our world.

Intertwined
work by Alla Lazebnik
September 15 - October 31, 2021
"Intertwined" is very special to me as it was a collaboration with my friends. With all the craziness and changes going on, I started collecting plants, and I wanted to incorporate them into my art. A photograph by my friend, Deborah, was a catalyst for the show. The show includes in-progress videos of the wood carvings and printing as well as more background and original photographs by my friends and collaborators.
New images and videos of each print will be released throughout the duration of the show. Please stop by often for more!
